Our sixth podcast series features another young LPGA golfer Gurleen Kaur, who worked her way from high school golf team in Texas, to collegiate golf at Baylor University, and now to professional golf. In her interview, Gurleen talks about her choosing golf over basketball, soccer and swimming in middle school and how golf has helped her overcome shyness and develop self-confidence. Gurleen also reveals the difficulties of playing junior golf with both parents working and the financial challenges of playing golf. We further explore her childhood dream of becoming a professional golfer like Annika Sorenstam and Michelle Wie to her experience playing with Lexi Thompson in the LPGA.
